Ode to Pinterest

Ode to Pinterest

You make me feel like I can be anyone—

that fashionable lady with flawless skin from Sephora,

a woman who can conjure up an elegant meal with four organic ingredients—including hi-res photos showing each step.

You make me believe I can do anything—

make a sturdy coffee table out of the rotted palettes from the local market,

write a novel in 100 days,

sew an Instagram-perfect dress for an infant while nursing through the night.

You make me sure that I can go anywhere—

the colorful hillsides of Cinque Terre,

the glistening white slopes of Mount Fuji,

the beautiful footpaths of  San Antonio Riverwalk.

So I don’t just pin at random—

My pins are the visual starting points for a life built on intent.
